The villa, originally characterized by traditional architectural elements, has been completely renovated with the aim of preserving its historic charm while integrating modern solutions to improve its functionality, living comfort, and energy efficiency. The spacious, bright spaces have been redefined with clean lines and premium materials, while cutting-edge technologies such as solar panels and home automation systems ensure a sustainable, practical, and forward-thinking home. The garden, an integral part of the project, was conceived as a natural extension of the home: native trees, planted terraces, manicured paths, and carefully selected vegetation blend with the contemporary architecture to create a coherent, sustainable, and visually harmonious landscape. The integration between interior and exterior is ensured by large windows and strategic openings that break down visual boundaries, creating a sense of continuity between the spaces and enhancing the lake view. The choice of environmentally friendly solutions, such as low-consumption irrigation and rainwater harvesting, confirms the responsible and conscious approach of the entire project, which makes the relationship between architecture and nature its strong point, offering residents a living experience of authentic and lasting well-being.
