Renovation of two charming villas on Elba Island

Villa Nassi, in Tuscan style, and Domus Rube, surrounded by greenery and built with natural materials. The project's goal was to combine tradition and modernity to create authentic and welcoming spaces, ideal for a relaxing holiday. Every detail, from the panoramic gardens to the outdoor showers, was designed to offer an exclusive experience to families and groups of friends.

We personally oversaw the design and renovation of Villetta San Martino, with the goal of revitalizing a property immersed in the natural beauty of Elba Island. The result is two elegant residences: Villa Nassi and Domus Rube, located in San Martino, just minutes from Portoferraio.

In our work, we have drawn inspiration from the authentic beauty of the location, designing refined and welcoming spaces, ideal for those seeking a holiday of relaxation and comfort. Villa Nassi echoes traditional Tuscan style, with wood and terracotta cladding, while Domus Rube is designed as a retreat immersed in greenery, using natural materials that blend harmoniously with the surrounding environment.

Our project sought to combine tradition and modernity, creating spaces that convey warmth, authenticity, and well-being. We took care of every detail: from the gardens equipped with outdoor showers and barbecues to the enhancement of the panoramic views of the island. Our aim was to offer an exclusive and memorable experience, perfect for families and groups of friends seeking a unique stay on Elba.
